- We confirm a time for the call.
- Before the call, send photos of any reports, old prescriptions, and the medicines you are taking.
- Dr. Fanila calls, discusses the problem, and sends your prescription and next steps on WhatsApp.
Getting the most out of the call
- Sit somewhere quiet with good light and a charged phone.
- If you have a thermometer, BP machine or glucometer, take a reading before the call.
- Write down your main questions so nothing is missed.
Online consultation is not suitable for emergencies. If something feels serious, go to the nearest emergency department or call Rescue 1122 or Edhi 115.

How does the online consultation work?
You book a time on WhatsApp, then Dr. Fanila calls you by WhatsApp video or voice at that time. She takes your history, looks at any reports or photos you share, and sends your prescription and advice.
Can I consult from outside Karachi?
Yes, for problems that can be safely handled without an examination. If you need to be examined in person, you will be told so and advised where to go.
What can't be treated online?
Emergencies, problems that need a physical examination, and anything where tests or procedures are needed first. In those cases Dr. Fanila will ask you to visit the clinic or a hospital.
